Online training modules: "Introduction to GCP"

A new good clinical practice online training module with test is now available from the Academy. "Introduction to GCP" is a 13 minute presentation, narrated by Professor David Hutchinson, that also consists of a short test of GCP knowledge. Participants who listen to the presentation and complete the test satisfactorily will receive a certificate confirming their achievement for their training records.

Anyone who has significant trial-related duties should be familiar with the concept and principles of GCP. This module is ideal for those staff. It is able to provide immediate basic training in GCP. It is also suitable for administrators, nursing staff, investigators and others who might not need extensive formal training.

To undertake the module, you need to obtain a user name and password. The fee for a single use is 40 UK pounds or 80 US dollars (excluding taxes). Contact us by email to place your order info@brookwoodacademy.org

More information is available at www.brookwoodtraining-online.net

The Academy, is soon to launch further online and PC-based training programs. Programs will be available for both investigators and sponsor staff. The investigator modules cover the most important GCP responsibilities of study site personnel. This training can be undertaken at a place, pace and time to suit the individual without the need to attend courses or travel.
